Head Coach: Andrew Gamble has guided the team to 15 state championships since 1999. The boys are on a current run of 5 straight outdoor titles. They are looking for their first ever indoor repeat. The girls have won the last two out titles and could win their third straight in 2009. Coach Gamble's greatest athletic accomplishment has been to assemble the best coaching staff in high school track and field. |

Jumps Coach: Chris Stone joined the Raider team in 2002 when his son Ian was a freshman. During this time coach Stone has worked with the jumps and the hurdles. He has become the primary high jump coach for the Raiders. Since taking over the high jump we have had three boys jump of 6 feet and two girls over 5' 2". Coach Stones' calm energy helps off set Coach Gamble's intensity which creates the balance the team needs. |

Throws Coach: Beth Perkins was a high school standout at Hartford high in Vermont. She was a two time New England Champion in the discus. She spent her college years at the University of Vermont as one of their top throwers. Coach Perkins instantly picked up the weight and hammer and became one of the top throwers in the Northeast. This has added a whole new component to LHS. Since her arrival in 2002, she has coached numerous athletes to the
national championships in the weight and hammer. |

Jumps Coach: Dr. Laura Barre joined our staff in the winter of 2004. She was a highly recruited hurdler and jumper who chose Cornell for her education. As a masters athlete she has won numerous national titles and in the winter of 2008 she traveled to Clermon, France to compete in the World Championship. Coach Barre won the Gold in the 60 meter hurdles, the Silver in the long jump and the bronze in the 60 meter dash. As a coach, Barre created one of
the best jumps program in the state. Year in and year out she develops multiple state meet qualifiers and medal winners. |

Distance Coach: Kevin Lozeau is our first Raider Alum to join our staff. Upon graduating from LHS he continued his running career at Saint Lawrence. Coach Lozeau returned to Raider Nation three years ago volunteering with the cross country and track and field programs. He has used his experience from St. Lawrence to create a solid distance program at LHS.

Throws Coach: Jeff Fleury is a local shot putter and a Hanover police officer. Still competitng in the Masters divison, he always puts on a clinic when he throws. Coach Fleury adds a toughness to the throwing team. Although his work schedule keeps him away from the throwing circle, his thoughts are always with our athletes.

Distance Coach: Karen Morton joined our staff to help to create a bridge between the Cross Country and Track and Field programs. In addition, she had a vested interest in that her daughter, Lydia (pictured with her) was an important member to our team. Coach Morton still competes as a distance runner and owns a numer of local road races age group records. |

Javelin Coach: Dan Mead is the former Head Coach at Windsor High School. He has worked with former US and World javelin record holder Tom Petranoff (327'2"). Coach Mead will move our javelin program to the next level.a

Specialty Coach: Anthony Vorachak is former LHS star who competes unattached at the University of New Hampshire. Trained as a muti-eventer, Coach Vorachak focuses on working with athletes during competetions. His enthusiasm and "gamer" mentallity, helps with the pyschology of competing. |
